• Tips on how to prototype, use of materials, color and story boarding
• How to reframe the requirements or needs
• Basic questions as a good starting point to define the context of the problem or situation;Who (is directly or indirectly involved, who has authority, budget etc.)
– What (differing outcomes Stakeholders have, what opportunities are there, what is the real issue that needs to be addressed)
– Why (did it happen, or continue to happen)
– When (when did it happen, any significance of the timing)
– Where (does it occur, or did it occur, where is the solution best approached from)
– How – Consideration of the implementation of the solution given the organizational structure and needs
