Course Overview
These six 3-Hour Virtual Instructor Led training modules are designed to lead users through a learning pathway to improve and enhance their understanding and skills across key MS365 Apps. The module contents are detailed below
• Module 1: Working with Teams – 3 hours
• Module 2: Working with Online Files in OneDrive and SharePoint – 3 hours
• Module 3: Understanding Security and Permissions – 3 hours
• Module 4: SharePoint Pages and Stream for SharePoint – 3 hours

COURSE OBJECTIVES
Module 1: Working with Teams
The objective of this module is to learn about the new features and also discover some older favourites within Teams and learn how to make best use of this collaboration tool.
Module 2: Working with Online files in OneDrive and SharePoint
There is so much choice when it comes to filing. Do I use my OneDrive, my SharePoint site or my Team? Come and learn to make the most of each of these online storage solutions. We shall learn how to Share, locate version history, check a file in and out and what happens in SharePoint when you connect a Team.
Module 3: Understanding Security and Permissions
This session is ideal for SharePoint or Team Owners. You will learn about Permissions, Security and how to use libraries within a Site. We also cover creating custom Views, Adding Metadata and building Lists
Module 4: SharePoint Webpages and Stream for SharePoint
Ready to get creative, lets learning how to build Pages in your SharePoint Site. We will start with the template driven News feature and learn how to work with graphics and text. We will then progress to using other Web Page and web part creation. In addition, we shall explore the new features available in Stream for SharePoint and see how Videos can be added to our pages.
Module 5: Getting Organised – Using Planner and ToDo
Let’s learn how to manage Tasks – both in a collaborative and personal way. Planner and To-Do will help your organise your projects and tasks.
Module 6: Outlook Update
Outlook has changed! We shall spend half a day exploring what is available and learning some tips and tricks. We will focus on what is new and a little different if this new version of your most used program. You might enjoy it so much – you may never go back to the classic version!
