Course Overview
This course prepares you for the APMG Change Management Foundation Exam. You will learn good practise models to deliver effective change within your workplace, including approaches to achieve buy-in and handle continuous change.
As a certified Change Management Practitioner, you will demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in managing change within your organisation, including how people deal with change, the different types of organisational change, and how to work with stakeholders during a change initiative.
This course is valuable for individuals wishing to achieve the APMG Change Management Certification. Anyone who must interact effectively with others to facilitate or direct change will find this course useful.
